Clay Aiken has finally come out of the closet, and in true D-lister fashion, chose to do it on the cover of a magazine.
Like we didn't already know
Aiken has a double whammy in the new issue of People magazine, on stands Friday, coming out and showing off his new infant son. Oddly enough, it was the baby who prompted the former American Idol to out himself.
"It was the first decision I made as a father. I cannot raise a child to lie or to hide things. I wasn't raised that way, and I'm not going to raise a child to do that."
Surely, his son will appreciate this choice when he's about 15 or so.
Aiken came out to his family about four years ago, and already has the backing of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Deformation. Watch your back, Claymates.
Actress Susan Sarandon has beef with former presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton and isn't keeping quiet about it.
Piss off, Hil
Sarandon had her fill of Clinton after she failed to get the presdential nomination earlier this year.
"Instead of saying, 'Look how far I've gotten and you can do it too,' and all the positive things she could have done, she's turned into such a blamer and whiner."
Asked if she would ever protray the former first lady in a movie, Sarandon flat out responded, "No... At this point, to say after what's happened to her campaign and how they squandered all that money and all the different reasons her campaign fell apart, to blame it on sexism, I find so destructive to every young girl who dreams about making a difference through government."
Katy Perry continued her 4 week ride at number one with her single I Kissed a Girl by performing it live on The View this morning. Sherri Shepard and Elizabeth Hasselback interviewed her after her song but were interrupted by Whoopi who came over to the stage to get some lip locking action. What did she say afterwards? "I liked it."
