LaBeouf off Transformers 2 set for a month

Stemming from his July 27 accident and arrest, Shia Labeouf will be off the Transformers 2 set for a month.

Oops! I did it again


The actor flipped his truck across a road and hit another vehicle, causing the driver to sustain a minor head injury. Shia underwent extensive hand surgery and needs at least a month to recover.


He will be most likely charged with a DUI misdomeanour.

This is the second DUI for the actor.

Katy Perry continued her 4 week ride at number one with her single I Kissed a Girl by performing it live on The View this morning. Sherri Shepard and Elizabeth Hasselback interviewed her after her song but were interrupted by Whoopi who came over to the stage to get some lip locking action. What did she say afterwards? "I liked it."

Playboy has asked reality television star and part time singer Brooke Hogan to pose nude for their magazine.

The 20 year old is starring in her own reality show, Brooke Knows Best on VH1, and has been in the spotlight quite a bit recently due to family controversies. Her mother is dating a 19 year old classmate of hers.

"I am a very straight-laced person and maybe that makes it even harder for me to see the path that she's going down as being right. I don't understand it. I definitely don't condone what's going on."

She has not yet made a final descision of whether to pose for Playboy.
