Steve Carell to stay on The Office for 3 more seasons

That's what she said

Even though his movie career is looking Smart right now, Steve Carell has signed a contract to stay with The Office for at least 3 more seasons.

The show is also in the race for another Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy nomination, according to shortlists released this week, along with Curb Your Enthusiasm, Entourage, Family Guy, Flight of the Conchords, Pushing Daisies, 30 Rock, Two and a Half Men, Ugly Betty and Weeds. The final nominees will be announced July 17.

they're really running the concept of The Office into the ground by running the series for so long.

The original had it right, stay brilliant for two series and a christmas special, otherwise the concept starts to not really make sense. Like why the documentary crew would still be filming for eighty years at the same paper company
